“The entire process was very smooth from booking my appointment to actually going in to see Mrs. Bimisa Augustin I didn’t have to wait too long. She was very informative about all of the questions that I asked and also let me know with certain concerns that I had what steps I would need to take and different medicines and at home remedies that would help any issues. Altogether the experience surpassed my expectations. The front desk was very friendly, the nurse that saw us before the doctor included my daughter in conversation even though she is a toddler. Everyone was extremely attentive and the service was exceptional.”
